Annie's Ultra Chocolate Chip Cookies

Made with TLC at Anchorage Downtown Bed and Breakfast at "Raspberry Meadows".

Ingredients

3/4 cup oleo or butter

1-1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar

2 Tablespoons milk

1 Tablespoon vanilla

1 egg

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1-3/4 cups flour

2 cups chocolate chips

1 cup nuts (optional)

Cream oleo/butter and brown sugar. Add milk, vanilla, and egg; beat well. Combine salt, baking soda, and flour; add to butter/sugar mixture. Mix in chocolate chips and nuts (if using). Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
