Weight Loss Sauce

These ingredients actually combine to help you lose weight naturally and it adds a wonderful flavor to what might be an otherwise bland dinner. What's so incredible is that by using this recipe on your favorite dish, it adds flavor and you may actually burn calories just by eating it.

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon mustard

1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon honey

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Combine mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, and paprika. It makes a great sweet-sour sauce.
