Tasty Summer Salad

6 sticks celery, shopped
2 cucumbers. chopped
10 - 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
Black Olives, halved
Salt & Pepper
Sweet Rice Wine Vinegar or
your favorite Vinegar

Place chopped vegetables in a bowl and toss. Chill then serve
