Appetizer Specialties

Sausage en Croute.....$3.95

A seasoned sausage mixture wrapped in puff pastry and served with a mustard sauce.

Cheddar Cheese Puffs.....$8.95 (large), $4.95 (regular)

A blend of cheese and herbs deep fried and garnished with grapes.

Lobster Salad......$6.95

Lobster pieces, celery, scallions, and hard boiled egg in a seasoned mayonnaise served on a bed of lettuce.

Skewered Beef Tenderloin......$7.45 (five), $4.75 (three)

Broiled skewers of German style marinated beef tenderloin with carrots and onions.

Chicken Satay....$5.95 (five), $3.95 (three)

Oriental marinated skewered strips of chicken deep fried and served with a spicy peanut dipping sauce.

Bay scallops , scallions, tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms, parsley, and bacon, deglazed with white wine and finished with a mustard and cream sauce; served with rice.

Shrimp and Scallop Saute......$23.95

Shrimp and bay scallops sauteed and mildly seasoned, finished with white wine and cream; served with rice.

Shrimp Alois.....$23.95

Shrimp sauteed with peppers, mushrooms, snow peas, scallions, and carrots in a white wine sauce with garlic, basil, and Parmesan cheese; served with spinach fettucini.

Shrimp with peppers, onions, broccoli, raisins, pinenuts, and garlic sauteed in olive oil; served with rice.

A thick New York Strip steak slit and stuffed, rubbed with an herb or spice blend, and broiled; served with a potato dish.

Sauteed veal with mushrooms and scallions, finished with mustard sauce and cream; served with rice.

Alternative Entrees

Vegetarian Mixed Grill......$16.95

A challenging combination of mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes, and available vegetables grilled, seasoned, and served with an appropriate side dish.

Grazer's Dinner

You may combine any items from our menu or specials list (soup, salad, appetizers) at their regular price, and add $7.95 and we will make it a dinner by serving salad, rolls, and butter and our vegetable dish and potatoes or rice. If dinner is not what you want, may we kindly suggest the Bottling Works Restaurant upstairs.
