the Millbrook Farms Venison with maple crust, butternut squash
flan, baby winter vegetables and sauce Bordelaise.

The Ivoryton Room, once the home's living room,
is warmly decorated with peach tone floral wall covering and
elegant Queen Anne-style chairs.
The handsome Comstock Room, once the billiard
room, has dark oak paneling and Chippendale-style seating.
Built as the original dining room, the cheerful Copper
Beech Room overlooking lovely gardens, contains the Inn's
service bar. Teal colored-walls, impressive empire-style
chairs, and a large oriental carpet are complemented perfectly
by the collection of nineteenth-century prints.
The intimate Garden Porch offers four tables
surrounded by burgundy sponge-painted walls,
nineteenth-century Audubon prints, and rattan chairs. |
