The cabin is located in a quiet wooded setting that offers serene privacy yet is only 5 or 10 minutes away from Seward activities. Inspired by his Swedish heritage, Stefan Nilsson built the cabin with typical Swedish siding of stained forest green and natural spruce trim. Rich wood details, from the tongue and groove ceiling to the colorful stained beams adorn the inside of the cabin. The finish carpentry, as well as the unique colors on the walls, beams, and interior door make this cabin a work of art.

The cabin sleeps from two to six guests as its furnished with a queen-sized bed in a cozy alcove, two twin beds up in the sleeping loft, and a futon in the sitting area. A full bathroom is located near the back entrance and the kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. A BBQ is available if you need to cook up that freshly-caught halibut or salmon; however, there is no stove. Next to the kitchen, a custom-built breakfast nook affords spectacular views of Mt. Eva and her hanging glacier. There is Wireless Internet is throughout.
